At Velotric, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your e-bike, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble your bike and pack it into the original Velotric shipping box with all tools, chargers, and manuals included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the bike for damage and verify the odometer reading, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
